Appointment of Peter Overgaard as Group HR Director
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Peter Overgaard as Group HR Director and a member of the Executive Committee effective July,1, 2019, succeeding Anthony Durieux-Menage. In this role, Peter will be responsible for leading Acino’s global HR organization including talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and corporate communications.
Peter is a senior HR professional with over 20 years’ experience in successfully leading and translating HR and organizational effectiveness strategies to drive transformational growth. Most recently, Peter was the Head of HR, Europe for Roviant Sciences where he was responsible for developing the HR function across Europe. Previously, he has held senior HR positions in pharmaceutical and safety & certification companies in Denmark, the US and Switzerland for companies such as DEMKO, Underwriters Laboratories and Novartis.

A Danish national, Peter has a Master of Sciences in economics from the Copenhagen Business School and an MBA from Henley Business School in UK.
