Project Manager Global Life Cycle Management

The Position

The Role

In this role you are responsible for the Management of Global Life Cycle Management projects with focus on product transfers and API changes in internal and external manufacturing network. You contribute as a team member to build a strong Life Cycle Management to ensure business continuity, growth and market supply.

Your Opportunities

  • Plan and implement LCM projects with all their aspects (e.g. project timelines, budget control, stakeholder management, risk management)
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate activities and resolve any bottlenecks ensuring project delivery in time and on budget
  • Establish necessary communication plan and channels for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure GMP conform documentation across the complete project duration and drive standardization and harmonization of project tools
  • Provide regular status reports to the management
  • Uphold a culture of quality, safety and compliance, promoting a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project-related risks and issues
  • Drive/support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize global processes to ensure overall operational effectiveness
  • Support definition of future projects providing expertise on expected project parameters (timelines, inputs for the business case etc.)

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a relevant field.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry and/or project management (>7 years)
  • Proven ability to lead in a complex organization, international and multi- disciplinary teams
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and information management skills
  • Solid experience in matrix people management with demonstrated ability to influence without authority successfully
  • Pro-active work attitude
