The Position

The Role

The Finance Specialist will have overall responsibility for managing and coordinating financial planning, analysis, operational finance, and business control activities across the organization

Your Opportunities

  • Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year.
  • Prepare management reports, executive dashboards, and KPI analysis for senior leadership.
  • Deliver financial insights and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Manage product costing, manufacturing finance, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Oversee inventory valuation, working capital management, and inventory control processes.
  • Evaluate capital investment proposals using ROI, NPV, and payback analysis.
  • Coordinate month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, corporate accounting policies, and internal financial controls.
  • Support internal and external audits and strengthen financial governance and risk management.
  • Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Commercial, Engineering, Quality, and HR to support business decisions.
  • Conduct financial modeling, scenario analysis, and profitability assessments for strategic initiatives.
  • Drive finance process improvements through ERP optimization, automation, and Power BI reporting.
  • Develop and maintain finance policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and master data governance.
  • Mentor junior finance team members and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Commerce.
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CMA or CIMA) preferred.
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SAP Business One, Tagetik and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
