Acino has recently invested in a new exhaust air purification plant that would not only meet regulatory requirements but also lower the company’s operational costs.

The benefits of implementing this new exhaust air purification plant are numerous. Firstly, our company is now compliant with the Swiss federal authorities’ regulations regarding the use of environmentally damaging refrigerants.

Secondly, by investing in this new plant, Acino is saving money on operational costs. We estimate that our annual operational costs will be reduced by about 100,000 CHF, resulting in substantial savings. This means that we have more resources available to invest in other areas of the company that can contribute to growth and innovation.

Thirdly, the heat recovery potential of 400 kW is significantly valuable for Acino’s sustainability goals. Heat recovery systems work by capturing waste heat, which can then be converted into energy and recycled. This means that we can reduce our dependence on fossil fuels, reduce our carbon footprint and promote sustainable practices.

Lastly, the installation of this new plant is a significant step towards our sustainability goals as a company. We are proud to have made this investment and look forward to continuing our sustainability efforts as a company.
