Sales Internship

The positions are based in Dubai, UAE and will report directly to the Sales Managers.

As a Medical Sales Representative Intern, you will work closely with our experienced sales team to promote and sell our cutting-edge pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Learn and understand the features, benefits, and applications of Acino product portfolio.
  • Assist in developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and medical staff.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations to healthcare professionals, showcasing the value and benefits of Acino products.
  • Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and medical affairs, to ensure effective product positioning and messaging.
  • Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and regulatory guidelines to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and compliance policies in all sales and promotional activities.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong passion for sales and a genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and build lasting relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Ethical mindset and commitment to complying with industry regulations and company policies.
