The Position

The Role

The Global Head of Compensation & Benefits will play a pivotal role in shaping Acino’s compensation strategy and benefits offerings to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This leader will oversee the development and implementation of global C&B programs that align with the company’s strategic objectives and enhance employee engagement. Additionally, the role includes a focus on performance management  and HR systems to ensure alignment with our organizational goals.

Your Opportunities

  • Develop and implement a global C&B strategy that aligns with Acino’s business objectives, culture, and values.
  • Design and manage competitive compensation structures, including base salary, bonuses, and long-term incentives, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and management of comprehensive benefits programs (health, wellness, retirement, etc.) that meet the diverse needs of our global workforce.
  • Lead the performance management framework, ensuring it aligns with business goals and fosters a high-performance culture. Develop HR systems, tools and resources to support managers in effective performance evaluations and development plans.
  • Ensure all C&B practices comply with local labor laws and regulations across all operating regions.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits, ensuring Acino remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
  • Utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and identify trends in employee compensation, benefits utilization, and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and HR partners to provide insights and recommendations on C&B matters, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Support in the development of communication strategies to effectively convey C&B programs to employees, enhancing understanding and engagement.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a focus on global operations.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing C&B strategies in a multinational environment.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in C&B.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken / Other languages skills are a plus.
