The Position

The Role

As a QA Manager you will be responsible for the review and approval of GMP and GDP related documents and the support the Qualified Person during batch release.

Your Opportunities

• Review and approval of GMP and GDP related documents (e.g. MBRs, Certificates of Analysis)
• Support the Qualified Person during batch release
• Organization of change control management
• Processing and follow-up of complaints
• Collaboration in the processing of deviations and CAPAs
• Collaboration in the maintenance and further development of quality assurance systems
• Collaboration in the creation and maintenance of documents (e.g. SOPs, certificates of analysis, specifications, SMF)
• Participation in customer audits and inspections by authorities as well as follow-up of observations
• Organization and maintenance of the filing system
• Responsible for the archiving of documents as well as for the storage and management of retained samples
• Collaboration and takeover of projects
• Communication with suppliers and service providers
• Support in administrative and organizational activities

Who You Are

• Master’s degree in Life Science
• Experience in pharmaceutical industry preferably
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with capability to prioritize tasks and adhere to timelines highly required
• Prompt and accurate performance of tasks and responsibilities
• Structured and quality-conscious way of working
• Able to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment
• Team player with good communication and negotiation skills
• Target oriented, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
