The Position
The Role
To execute warehouse tasks, including inventory verification, receipt, dispensing, dispatch, documentation, and co–ordination of material movement, ensuring compliance with GMP and safety standards.
Your Opportunities
Follow the cGMP and compliance of SOP’s during all warehouse operations and improve performance.
Ensure safe work practices, availability, and usage of recommended PPE during operations at warehouse.
Receipt, inspection, dedusting and storage of all incoming shipments.
Material handling- Operation of stacker, storage of raw, packaging, miscellaneous, finished, and semi-finished goods in appropriate storage condition at specified location.
Follow status labelling procedure as per approved SOP.
Verification for approval, retest, or expiry status of the materials. Handle the materials as per the relevant status.
Line clearance of area and supervision of dispensing of packing material.
Issuance of materials to Production/QC and retrieval of excess materials from Production.
Dispensing of raw materials, packaging materials, bulk products, and primary packed goods, where required, and verification thereof.
Perform the physical inventory check, stock keeping activity, material transfers, shipping, return management, disposal activity related to warehouse.
To prepare for regulatory audits.
Receipt of Finished Goods from production packaging and record keeping.
Finished goods arrangement for dispatch activities and performing dispatch.
Preparation of gate passes, delivery note, packing list and sales invoice.
Inventory and warehouse related transactions in SAP.
Cleaning of warehouse general areas, dispensing, sampling areas, clean rooms equipment and accessories.
Palletization of Finished Goods and Tatmeen reporting as per procedure.
Recording of all the inbound and outbound entries of materials in Logbooks and SAP.
Propose improvement ideas for efficiency in work practices.
Responsible for ensuring compliance to EHS policy and its requirements at workplace.
Monitoring and ensuring employees follow proper safety procedures.
Report any deviation and non-compliance observed in the warehouse.
Sampling of packing materials, primary packed semi-finished goods (blisters, vials, respules, inhalers, etc.) and imported finished goods and SAP deduction of sampling quantity.
Who You Are
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse experience is mandatory.
Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory procedures.
Ability to work as part of a team.
