The Acino Healthcare Group, previously South Africa’s Litha Healthcare Group, consisting of Litha Pharma, Pharmaplan, Pharmafrica, Goldex and Manta forensic, was acquired by Acino in 2017. Manta Forensic has since transitioned its business model and is now called Acino Forensic.
