This role is based in Jeddah, KSA and will report to the Head of Marketing in KSA
The Product (Brand) Manager is responsible for developing, managing and coordinating marketing activities in the country / cluster.
Your responsibilities will be: –
Support the developing of the marketing strategy for KSA and leads the strategy & tactical execution for the ( country), including pre-launch and launch preparation in collaboration with Regional META Marketing.
Ensure approved marketing plans are within budget and delivered following the implementation of brand strategies and tactics with internal teams.
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analysing business developments and monitoring market trends.
Interact and build strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders inside of Acino, especially the regional Product Managers to ensure growth and usage of Acino products in their markets.
Align with Regional Marketing team on the launch readiness and launch planning tools and timelines.
Drives the Brand plan and budget preparation.
Organise and support large scale / national events in line with the brand plan.
Proven history of marketing successes, experience of premarketing and product launches in the country / cluster
Ability to develop, implement and execute innovative strategic and tactical plans.
Proven history of seeking out new information and learning quickly – agility to absorb new concepts, analyze data and ask insightful questions to make effective decisions.
Ability to work within and lead cross-functional teams, effectively communicating and influencing decisions with senior management
Understanding of pricing & reimbursement, regulatory affairs and tender processes in the region.
Ability to “flex” across different types of cultures, complexities, business situations and matrix partners.
Broad and in-depth understanding of local country issues relative to the pharmaceutical industry
Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to create energy and excitement.
Good working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
