Pharmacovigilance Manager 100% (f/m)

Zurich / Oerlikon, Switzerland

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Act as ACINO’s Global PV Unit manager by performing following activities:
    • Manage PV Unit in all aspects of PV operations
      Maintain oversight over main PV service provider and other PV partners (e.g. distributors)
    • Maintain and improve Global PV quality management system / PV SOPs
    • Coordinate ACINO’s Global PV network
    • Ensure global PV compliance
  • Execution of operational tasks supporting Acino’s PV
    • Responsible for organization and follow up of actions pertinent to PV Operational meetings together with PV Associate
    • Responsible for definition and maintenance of PV key performance indicators
    • Presentation of PV and labelling topics to Global Safety and Labelling Committed (GSLC)
    • Creation of PV training material and conduct of PV trainings
    • Provision of data for PSMF and review of PSMF
    • In charge of implementation and revision of safety data exchange agreement
    • Preparation and documentation of Signal Management Team Meeting
    • Retrieve safety information from safety database
    • Support for creation of RMPs, PSURs, and other PV documents
    • Create and maintain oversight over reference safety information
    • Define, create and withdraw PV reports from regulatory database
    • Maintenance of tracking systems
  • Cross-functional collaboration (regional QA, PV & RA, GRA responsible person for the products under responsibility, Commercial, GMA, Labelling specialists, others)

Your profile:

  • Life science degree or equivalent
  • At least 3-year experience in pharmacovigilance (GVP) and generic industry
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills with capability to prioritise tasks and adhere to timelines
  • Prompt and accurate performance of tasks and responsibilities
  • Structured and quality-conscious way of working
  • Able to work in an international and interdisciplinary environment
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Target oriented, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Fluent in German & English (written and oral) is a must; any further languages are an advantage
