Head of Corporate Communications (f/m) 100%

Your main responsibilities include

  • Develop suitable and sustainable corporate communications, culture and branding strategy as well as implementation of an infrastructure, which includes processes, systems, people and supporting agencies
  • Create and implement a contemporary internal communications model
  • Develop a climate that attracts, retains and motivates top quality personnel
  • Provide strategic counsel to the management team for internal communications
  • Responsible for editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all organization wide publications
  • Responsible for the Planning and Budgeting of the corporate communication department
  • Develop/implement initiative/tools/KPIs to assess the efficiency of the communication activities
  • Act as the spokesperson of Acino with the media
  • Coordinate media interest in Acino and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests
  • Organize all external Communications and PR activities (online / offline)
  • Manage diverse Relationships with internal and external partners
  • Lead the corporate communication department

Ideal personal profile

  • A commercial qualification and a good knowledge in brand and patent
  • Solid experience in a similar position within a leading international company ideally consumer healthcare, FMCG or pharmaceuticals company
  • Understanding of the industry and the issues and challenges it faces
  • Experienced communications generalist and manager with a “hands-on” approach
  • Solid experience in developing and leading a modern Corporate Communications department
  • Extensive experience with all modern-day communication tools (offline/online)
  • Capable of managing complex and risky communications situations
  • Demonstrated ability to counsel and effectively influence senior management$
  • Ability to build up an intense and trustworthy relationship with Top Management (CEO, ExCom members…)
  • Outstanding judgment, with a balance of confidence, maturity, refinement and high energy
  • Media relation skills and experience as a corporate spokesperson
  • Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills
  • Excellent language skills in English both written and verbal. Other language skills are appreciated (e.g. German…)
