Global Quality Manager Supply Chain (w/m/d) 100%
Major accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible to establish and maintain global procedures for Logistic service provider qualification, Transport Validation and Verification, Transport Deviations and respective AQDs for ACINO
- Responsible for performance and maintenance of Transport Verification and Transport Validation for global Routes
- Oversight and guidance over local quality activities for distribution
- Responsible for management of Transport Deviations on global Routes and CAPA management including maintenance of stability data of distributed products
- Participates in / performs audits and audit follow up at global 3rd party logistic provider based on audit plan
- Performs qualification of global 3rd party logistics service providers
- Single point of contact for quality topics of global/local Supply Chains
- Participate in cross-functional projects and act as stakeholder for CQA.
- Read and extract developing regulations and trends from available sources to provide recent perspectives during audits.
- Perform internal audits at Acino manufacturing sites and regional offices.
- Takes lead on assigned cross-functional team projects in a structured business environment in accordance with internal procedures and external regulations
Training and internal consulting
- Supports local/regional QA teams with GDP topics
- Train and support regional- and local supply chain manager and monitor effectiveness of training and compliance to requirements.
Your profile:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the EU, FDA, PICs, WHO and other relevant GMP, GDP and ICH guidelines and regulations, including ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
- General knowledge of technical, chemical and pharmaceutical processes, validation procedures and analytical methodology,
- Capable of understanding and overcoming different cultural and language obstacles to provide solution that satisfy corporate, regional and local objectives.
- Self-motivation, flexibility and a high level of individual responsibility.
- Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
- Experience: At least 10 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry; and at least 5 years of Supply Chain QA experience, leading audits related to GMP, GDP or ISO for Pharma
- Education: Master degree in pharmacy, chemistry, biology or another life science
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Business English
