Demand Planner OL/CM 100 % (f/m/d)

As a Demand Planner, you will play an active role into the B2B forecasting process by collaborating daily with Procurement, Local Planning, Launch coordinator and European Customers. Maintaining good forecast accuracy will support the availability of products as well as inventory levels.

Major Accountabilities:

  • Collect customers forecasts prior to monthly submission
  • Prepare the monthly submission file
  • Ensure SKUs are properly set up to enable forecast upload
  • Analyze forecasts variations on mid and long-term (vs Open Orders, Budget, Previous Forecast)
  • Follow up on Forecast Accuracy and define corrective actions plan per customer
  • Support launch coordinator for Phase-Ins & Phase-Outs
  • Communicate regularly with Procurement, Local Planning and Customers

Your profile:

  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain or related fields
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role such as Demand / Supply planning
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Open minded and communicative
  • Ability to learn new procedures and be proactive
  • Solid knowledge in SAP & APO requested
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good Excel skills (Pivot tables and Vlookup)
  • Knowledge in Power BI and Qlikview is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English is a must
