Business/Supply Chain Analyst (SAP) 100% (/f/m/d)

Job Purpose:

You will be consulting with senior managers within Global Planning to determine our business needs, evaluating current system functionality and performance of our IT infrastructure (SAP ECC and APO, Power BI), and developing and deploying solutions. With your distinctive analytical and conceptual skills, you structure problems and guide with a systematic approach solutions that can be put into practice that enhance system capability and drive ultimately improvement of business processes leading to better results.

This position is created to support the Acino Growth Ambition “Accelerate 2025” and help to shape our future of “One ERP” (potentially S4/Hana and IBP).

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Determine business needs and evaluate business and system processes in existing IT infrastructure via consultation and targeted observations with your direct colleagues
  • Assess existing system capabilities within our ERP (SAP ECC and SAP APO) and Reporting Tools (Power BI and QlikView) and recommend improvements to enhance system capabilities
  • Support definition of performance indicators of core supply chain processes that drive improvement of business results and develop reporting capabilities that help to collect and analyze data to strive for efficiency
  • Development of training documentation and eLearning modules that support users to leverage system capability that support the transformation to a fact-based and system-driven supply chain organization
  • Provide ad hoc analysis on various types of operations related issues to support us in our decision making
  • Anticipate future requirements to support Acino Vision “Accelerate 2025”, uncovering areas for improvement in our current IT infrastructure, and developing and implementing solutions for the now
  • Participate in workshops to develop a system strategy “One ERP”, identify future business needs and collaborate with IT, Supply Chain and Business
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure business continuity and optimize performance.
  • Act as a first line support within the team as a subject matter expert and liaison between Global Planning and IT
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and segregation of duties within entire supply chain

Your skills and training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
  • Specialization in supply chain, project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
  • SAP-accredited certification is a strong plus
  • Very good understanding and experience with SAP ECC 6.0 in MM and PP as well SAP APO 7.0 in DP and gATP
  • Experience with S/4Hana and IBP (or OMP) to support future transformation
  • At least 2 years’ experience as a SAP consultant in a similar industry
  • Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
  • Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Good command of English and German is a strong plus
